Do my customers need special equipment to view the tour?
No. The tour opens in any browser (phone, tablet, desktop) without installing anything. It is fully responsive, with pinch-to-zoom on mobile, fullscreen mode and VR headset support on compatible devices.
Can I embed the tour on Google Maps and my website?
Yes, as an iframe on your website or on social media (Facebook, Instagram). Google Street View integration is also available, so published tours appear on Google Maps and your Google Business Profile.
How many 360° scenes can I have?
There is no limit. From a single-scene tour (one room) to multi-scene tours with dozens of scenes, for example a hotel with rooms, lobby, restaurant and pool, with smooth transitions between them.
Does it run smoothly on mobile?
Yes, it is fully optimised for mobile: touch controls (drag, pinch-to-zoom), iOS safe areas, fullscreen and hardware-accelerated rendering. It loads in under 3 seconds even on 4G.
How long do the shoot and delivery take?
The shoot takes 1–3 hours depending on the number of scenes. Editing and upload take 3–5 working days, so the tour is live within 7 working days of the shoot. Custom domain or subdomain setup is available.
